Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan about Khomeini

In August 2015 Ahmed Al-Hassan (as) realeased an answer to the following question about Khomeini:

Is it correct that Sayyed Ahmed Al-Hassan praises Al-Khomeini?

"… On what should we praise Al-Khomeini?! Should we praise him for example for his Fatwa on Tafkhith the infant girl (rubbing male's private parts on the thighs of an infant girl) and those despicable Fatwas which took them to this degradation! Does nothing remain from their religion except for their care for their stomachs and desires and sex, until they reached the point to assault children who do not have any power nor strength nor awareness! Would you like that we praise a man who gave such a despicable Fatwa? I ask my Lord Allah for forgiveness and I repent to Him, and there is no strength nor power except by Allah the High the Great… "

Did the Imam (as) ever praise Khomeini?

Surely the Imam (as) would never contradict himself and there is an explanation for the following different ways of mentioning Khomeini in the Imam's publications:

In the Sermon of Hajj, which was confirmed as authentic, Imam Ahmed (as) said:
„I did not come to call to the whole truth, the absolute truth, without facilitation and preparation from Allah (swt). Allah made known to you the reality of those deviant clerics when He had sent scholars who called them to some of the truth, so the deviant clerics opposed them by killing and expulsion. They killed their identity and paved the way for the tyrants to kill their bodies and expel them, and right in front of you is Sayyed Khomeini, Sayyed Muhammad Baqer Al-Sadr and Sayyed Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq Al-Sadr.“

So we understand from here, these scholars were not a 100 percent truthful… nor did he praise them… nor did he call Khomeini a working scholar… he (as) said, that Khomeini is of those scholars, who called to some of the truth. And mentioning that Khomeini or this person or that person called to some of truth does not mean anything. The Office calls to some of the truth but they also have enough falsehood to make them enter hell fire.

But in the book The Calf from Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (as) surprisingly we find "may Allah’s mercy be upon him" mentioned after Khomeini's name:
"… In the year 1971, when Al-Sayyed al-Khomeini (may Allah’s mercy be upon him = rahimahu Lah = رحمه الله) was in Najaf and his students were waiting for him for a lesson about self-control, the Sayyed started saying…"

Until this moment we assume that all the cases in which the Imam (as) said "may Allah have mercy upon Al-Khomeini" can either not be from the real Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (as) and could have been inserted by the samiri sheikhs who write in his name, or must have happened as taqiyyah.
Just like he mentions, when he (as) wrote the Calf and hadn't revealed himself as the first Mahdi yet, that the vicegerents of Muhammad sawas are 12 (not 24).
Ahmed Al-Hassan (as) explained in Al-Jawab Al-Moneer vol 3 that Ahlul Bayt (as) used taqqiyyah in their speech too, "such as when the narration is agreeing with the opposers and it was said as a taqqiyah, so they (as) said that guidance is in going against those narrations (which agree with the opposers)".

And the Black Banners brother who came across this mention of (may Allah’s mercy be upon him = رحمه الله) regarding Khomeini has been encouraged to sent a question to the Imam (as) about this, so that the Imam can clarify the matter.

Further mentions of Khomeini other scholars or statements related to the topic

The authenticity of the following statements is not confirmed and all of them might be from the Fake Imam.

Jawab Al-Munir question 41:
In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful
As-Sayyed Ahmed Al-Hassan the vicegerant and the messenger of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his appearence), in this last period there there is a question circulating in the shia street (shia soceity), which is that it is known that the Imam, when he appears or when who represents him appears, all the rules will be issued from the holy side (meaning the Imam), which contradicts what was issued from you – to work by precaution with three risalah amaliyah (handbooks of ruling of islamic duties and practises): from (As-Sayed As-Sadr Al-Awal, As-Sayed Al-Sadr Al-Thani, and As-Sayed Al-Khomeini). So what is the benefit to work by precaution? And it is known that all the risalahs contain conjectural (assumed) rules, so if he is correct he will not be rewarded and if he is mistaken he will be bear the sin. My deep apologies if I did a mistake in the speech or the expression. And many thanks.

Jawab Al-Munir part 3 question 2:
"From your saying about Al-Sheikh Al-Mufid I understood that you asked for mercy uopn him (taraham aleyh), but before that you mentioned that he forgot the atom world, and you mentioned this dispraising ayat {they forgot Allah and He caused them to forgot their ownselves}."

"May Allah have Mercy on Al-Sheikh Al-Mufid, that he was mistaken in some matters doesn't mean he is out of the wilayah, rather he was born, lived and died upon the wilayah of the Imams (as) and they (as) charged the people of their time with their allegiance, so whoever dies upon their wilayah (allegiance) is from the people of paradise."

Jawab Al-Munir part 3 question 3:
"What does it mean that you said "may Allah have mercy upon the owner of the book of Al-Sharae (from Allamma Al-Hilli)", and you said about him that he is kaser[1] and not mukassar[2] although what was narrated from your noble fathers that in the case we don't have the certitude and one must return to the Imams of guidance when the purpose (of the narration) isn't known?"

  1. Kaser: He doesn't have the natural ability to do the job.
  2. Mukassar: He has the natural ability to do the job but he doesn't work enough e.g. there is shortage in his niyyah and is a shortcomer.

Jawab Al-Munir part 3 question 4:
"What does it mean that you said may Allah have mercy upon the three Usuli scholars Khomeini and the two Sadrs, even though they derived from the path of Ahlul Bayt by the Usul (deduction of jurisprudental principles), 'Ilm Al-Rijal (classification of the authenticity of hadith by studying the chain of narrators) and other innovations, and how did they become working scholars?"

Answer to questions 3,4
"May Allah have mercy upon you, if Allah deals with people by justice no one would enter paradise. As for Al-Sheikh (may Allah have Mercy upon him) in the jurisprudence he worked in a framework of laws which they (Ahlul Bayt) recommended their Shia to work by and through them, in addition to their narrations e.g. when the narration matches the opposite groups, and was issued in taqiyya, they said righteousness is found in differenciating from them… And Al-Sheikh had been mistaken in only few (matters) comparing to those many (cases) in which others have been mistaken, and Allah is merciful as long they died upon the wilayah of the pure ones (pbut) and they didn't deny their (as) imamat.
So whoever dies upon the wilayah of the khalifa of Allah on his earth in his time, is from the people of paradise inshAllah and he will never remain in the fire even if he did the kabaer (the big sins)."
